The Port Klang*Net System was first envisaged as a system that could help resolve the many disputes over the performance or KPIs of the many players in the supply chain. Its chief attraction and main objective was its ability to track and trace each document and process throughout an export and import chain, identifying bottlenecks along these chains and the parties responsible.
