PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION

A team of project management and implementation personnel is always available on hand to guide the projects undertaken to be completed smoothly and handed over accordingly. On top of that, the team understands and studies customers requirements in order to schedule the project.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

The products and services marketed and supported by us are constantly reviewed and redesigned to keep abreast with the constantly-changing technology trends. In line with this, there is a core focused team that indulges implementation the adoption of newer technologies so that the products and services are always state-of-the-art.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

A pool of technical support personnel with vast combined experience in the various disciplines of computing form the backbone of the technical support team. Their main tasks are to expeditiously resolve problems at site (when required by customers) and offer necessary technical advice.

SUPPORT DESK

We believe strongly that telephone support for our products and services is essential. There is a dedicated team of personnel who are available during office hours to resolve problems over the phone. This support desk unit has in place the necessary skills and systems to attend to problems relayed over the telephone.

COMMUNICATION

Between 1999 and 2001, Rank Alpha Technologies was commissioned by the National Value Added Network (VAN) provider to manage and develop new communication tools and translator to replace the VAN's obsolete environment. This fulfillment was met by us and is widely regarded as a major achievement for a Malaysia system integrator.

E-BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

From 1998, we undertook the task of offering Cargo Care as a totally full-fledge product offering by incorporating Windows based technologies and aptly renamed it as Cargo Enterprise 2000 as it was able to provide an enterprise level computing environment to users.

ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS

Our Administration and Accounts Finance handle all the office management and make sure that it runs smoothly as well as stays organized.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Marketing our products to customers accordingly to fulfill their requirements and desires. Focusing on prospective customers as well as new market segment in the forwarding and logistics industry.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mainly focus on developing and maintaining good rapport with users, prospective customers, business partners, and other players in the industry, as well as related government bodies.

E-COMMERCE

Since 1994, we successfully implemented (EDI) based systems with the National Value Added Network Provider in Port Klang, Subang Airport and subsequently at KLIA. We supplied and maintained the electronic trade documents front-end software built, which connects directly to the systems at the Royal Malaysian Customs, Port Klang Airport Berhad and later to banks with the electronic payment mechanism (combining EDI messages, smart cards and pinpads) with the first successful project of its kind in the Asian Region.
