The Financial Services Payment Gateway (FSPG) is a payment gateway to facilitate online duty payment to Customs. The benefits of using FSPG are as follows:

  • Cost savings in terms of transaction fee which is charged RM8 per payment instruction (Maximum of 10 payments in one batch).

  • Daily online reconciliation which enables you to track and trace your funds accurately.

  • Faster turnaround time in the responses received.
TRANSACTION
  • Transactions can be made 365 days a year, 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Approval transactions can be made on laptop, desktop, home or office computer anywhere and anytime after duty details has been uploaded to FSPG website by operation staff.
COMPREHENSIVE
  • Used by most of the local banks.
  • Uses Bank token, no usage of digital signature smart card and security devices.
