Dear Valued Customers,
RMC will carry out Warehouse License validation for K1 LMW import (L), K9 LMW Local Sales (E), K9 LWM Local Sales with Preferential Tariff (LS) and K9 LMW local Sales with Exemption (LX) on 1st Dec 2010 as per our earlier announcement.
In view of the validation, please make sure you submit the LMW Warehouse License information in the supporting document under supporting document code "636" for all the transaction type mentioned above.
You may refer to our knowledge base "How to" for the steps to create supporting document code 636 and the format of the warehouse license information must be as below:
WAREHOUSE TYPE (2) + LIC YEAR (4) + LICENSE NO. (8) = Total 14 Characters

Pls ensure your warehouse license is valid/renewed. Pls contact local Cawangan Industri JKRM for verification
